Vented aluminum soffit and custom-bent fascia capping. This is the work that decides whether your roof breathes and your eavestrough has anything solid to hang on.
How we do it
- Fascia bent on site to fit your rafter tails, not cut from stock lengths
- Vented soffit sized to the attic's actual intake requirement
- Rotten wood fascia replaced before capping, never capped over
- Done in the same visit as eavestrough, in the right order

- Peeling paint or soft spots on the board behind the trough
- Birds or wasps getting into the soffit
- Attic that runs hot in summer or frosts up in winter
- Stains running down from the roof edge
Expected service life: 30–40 years. Failing fascia is the usual reason eavestrough comes loose.
