Questions people actually ask
- Do you charge for a quote?
- No. We come out, measure, get a ladder up and look behind the eavestrough, and you get the price in writing. You keep the photos of whatever we found whether or not you hire us. If we think the job does not need doing yet, we will tell you that too.
- Is the price you quote the price I pay?
- Yes, for the scope written on the page. The only thing that changes it is damage nobody could see until the old material came off — rotten sheathing or soft fascia. When we find it we stop, photograph it, price it, and get your go-ahead before carrying on. You will never get a bill with something on it you did not agree to.
- Can I get just the eavestrough done?
- Yes. But if the fascia behind it has gone soft, new eavestrough will pull away from it within a few years. We will show you the fascia and let you decide — doing both in one visit costs less than doing them two years apart.
- Do you take payment up front?
- A deposit to order material, and the balance once the job is finished and you have walked around it with us. Anyone asking for the full amount before starting is a risk, whoever they are.
- When can you actually do the work?
- Installs run April through November — that is the season here. Winter is for quoting, repairs and booking spring slots, so a quote in February usually means a firm date before the good weather is spoken for.
